Agenda and Minutes

South Stoke Parish Council tends to meet each month, or possibly less frequently depending on requirements. Meetings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of each month in the Village Hall and are open to the public. They usually start at 7.30 pm but check the calendar as meetings are posted there.  Agendas are posted at least three days in advance of the meeting in the Agenda & minutespage.
