Current Applications Under Consideration

Upon notification by the South Oxfordshire District Council of a new planning application within the Parish, this will be added to the next Parish Council meeting agenda for consideration. The Parish Council is a statutory consultee with the authority to submit comments to the planning officer on planning applications, but it does not have the power to approve or reject planning applications.  Members of the Parish are welcome to attend Parish Council meetings and make representations to the Parish Council for consideration as part of the discussion of any planning application response, but are reminded that these should relate to material planning considerations. Further detail on what constitutes “material planning considerations” can be found in the Planning section of the SODC website
