Speeding through the Village

After receiving reports of multiple people speeding through the village in the last few days, the council have been in touch with Thames Valley Police to arrange a Speed Camera Van to attend

This happened earlier today (17/5/23) and will return in the near future.  The neighbourhood team will also be attending in a proactive manner with the hope that speeding through the village can be curbed before a serious accident occurs.

In the future the speed limit will be lowered to 20mph throughout the village and to assist with this we have been provided with a contact for the Community Speedwatch initiative.

If you do have any concerns over speeding within the village, please contact the parish council so we can take action.
