Hire Rates

These are currently being reviewed and new rates will be published when a firm decision is reached. Meanwhile the charges are as shown by clicking this link. Neither the current hire rates nor any future realistic charges will ever cover the costs of maintenance of these facilities so that they remain largely subsidised from the Parish Precept part of the Council Tax bill.

There are currently, as part of the desires of the Parish expressed through the Parish Plan process, active groups considering longer-term future development of both these facilities, including re-vamping of the present children’s play area in which the existing equipment is largely life-expired, as well as a wider re-design of the recreation ground generally.
